Instructions

Pandan Syrup: Bring 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup chopped pandan leaves to a simmer on the stove. Turn the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Strain through a mesh sieve and press any liquid left out of the pandan leaves.

Coconut Cream Top: Whisk 3 tablespoons coconut cream and 1/2 teaspoon pandan syrup with an electric whisk until light but still pourable.

To assemble: Add ice to your serving glass. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of pandan syrup over ice and top with oat milk. Pour over the prepared matcha and finish with the coconut cream top. Stir and enjoy!
