Creamy Tomato Sausage Pasta

1. Drop your pasta into generously salted boiling water. Cook according to package directions until 1 minute shy of al dente. 2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add sausage and break up with a spatula, frying until golden brown, about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and fry for another 2 minutes. 3. Pour in the passata, swishing out the jar with about a 1/2 cup of water and pouring it in. Stir and bring everything to a simmer. Turn the heat to medium low and simmer for 5 minutes. 4. Stir in the heavy cream, herb salt and dried basil. Then toss in the pasta and parm and stir to coat, letting it simmer for another minute. Remove from heat. 5. Serve pasta in bowls and top with more parmesan, fresh basil, and a finishing drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
