Crispy Tofu Crumbles ✨ one of my favourite ways to eat tofu. I can eat these straight out of the pan, but they’re AMAZING over a bowl of cold noodles in the summer.

Instructions

1. Marinate the tofu: Crumble the tofu into a bowl and add the soy sauce and chili crisp. Stir to coat the tofu evenly. Then add the cornstarch and stir to coat the tofu once more.
2. Fry the tofu: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat (large enough for the crumbles to cook in one even layer) Add the tofu crumbles and fry, stirring frequently, until golden brown and crispy. This should take about 10-12 minutes.
3. Serve: over your favourite noodles, in rice bowls, wraps, salads, etc. So many possibilities! This time I’m eating them over cold peanut noodles.
