Cheesy Pasta Bake

Preheat the oven to 350F. Add pasta to salted boiling water and cook until al dente. In a medium saucepan, melt vegan butter and let simmer on low heat for 3-5 minutes or until there is a nutty fragrance. Add flour and whisk vigorously until lumps disappear, continue whisking for another minute. Add almond milk and continue whisking for 2-4 minutes, until the mixture begins to thicken. Add vegan egg replacer and remaining seasonings. Whisk to combine. Drain pasta, combine with cheese sauce, and pour into an oven safe baking dish. Combine all of the ingredients for the bread crumb mixture and distribute on top of the pasta. Place in the oven for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn on the broiler and let the pasta broil until the top is golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes (keep an eye on it because it can burn quickly). Enjoy!
